Shepherds has had a special place in the heart of the Hay community since 2000. In 2018 the parlour changed hands & Shepherds Parlour was born.

We still are the Hay home of Shepherds ice cream; sold in cornets, tubs and 1/2 litre pots to take home, as well as serving Extract coffee, the finest hot chocolate, a great range of soft drinks, home-made cakes, bakes, treats, sandwiches, soups & specials.

We are open seven days a week & look forward to welcoming you to the parlour.
